Once you have been given access, you will be sent a registration link to fill in including your Username and Password.
Signing-In
Once your account is set up, simply access the link: https://misgeo.io/
Type in your username
Type in your password
This should take you into GEO and onto the Homepage.
Mulitfactor-2FA required
In instances where you have access to Insights, you will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication to increase the security of this data when you next attempt to log into GEO.
To set it up
Multi-Factor Authentication utilises an application called Okta that will need to be manually installed on your phone or chosen device.
The app should have this icon:
Once this Application is installed on your device, the prompt for multi-factor authentication will give you a choice of either a QR code to scan or a Set-up Key.
On the Okta app on your device, click the plus button to add a new authentication and choose to either scan the QR code or manually type in the set-up key.
This will then add misgeo.okta.com to your Okta authentication application and will begin to show you 6-digit codes which change every 30 seconds.
From this point onwards, every time you sign in, you will need to provide an Okta Verify passcode. Here you simply need to type in the 6-digit code which is on the Okta application on your chosen device.
Please note as soon as you are given access to Insights, you will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication, when you next log in.
New Device
If you lose your device with your Okta Verify application on or have a new device that you want to use instead, please contact one of the Client Solutions Analysts in the Product Team. They will be able to reset this for you, so that you can install the Okta Application on your new device for use in the future.
