Quickviews Introduction

For each event GEO will have a number of Quickviews added. Quickviews will have preset layers and bounding boxes. This will make it easy to switch on or off multiple layers by selecting a view.

This document will also explain how users can setup their own Quickviews

Quickviews

Intelligence Picture is one new view created by MIS, it's a regularly updated view of the latest, verified information.

In this event MIS have created 4 Quickviews for users. Select a view by selecting from the drop down or using the arrow buttons

Create your own Quickviews

When you create your own quickviews they are saved locally on the browser. This means that they currently do not sync across browsers, but will be available for future sessions on the same browser even if the browser closed or refreshed.

Create a Quickview by toggling on or off the layers you want to see and pressing save.

Search

Toggling the Search icon will show or hide the search bar. With the search bar in view you can search for points of interest on the map.
